Core Values

HMS:
Hansol Management
System

The Hansol Management System (HMS) represents Hansol’s spiritual heritage and great values and shows us a vision that corresponds to our era. By continuously challenging and innovating ourselves based on HMS, we are able to realize a differentiated competitive edge and achieve the greatest value possible in order to continue to grow with our customers.

Our Mission

Achieve competitive advantage through defferentiation

Business success amid ever fiercer competition can only be achieved through the creation of customer values based on fully materialized and proprietary core competencies. We feel that we can only be a true member of this society once we go beyond mere survival to achieve the greatest value possible and sustainable growth with our customers. With this in mind, we will focus more on garnering differentiated core competencies.

Value Maximization

Value maximization means that we will not be satisfied with what we are now, but keep marching forward until our potential has fully materialized in the form of optimum results and higher hopes. We will keep challenging ourselves to bring deeper value for our customers and maximize our potential as an enterprise.

Sustainable Development with Customers

We believe we can only grow once we deliver values to our customers and support their success as a partner for their innovation. By being up close and personal with customers, we will identify their needs as well as hidden interests and engage them by furnishing better products and services. Knowing that growing with customers also means sustainable operation, we will endeavor to make shared growth a reality.

Our Mission

To achieve a competitive advantage through differentiation, deliver maximum value, and commit to sustainable development in collaboration with our customers.

Our Principles

Our principles represent how we operate, how we make decisions, how we measure what we do and what we have to do for a better future. Consisting of seven phrases, they are divided into business principles and organizational principles.

Hansol has business principles based on four organizational principles: immersion, respect, speed, and transparency. Hansol's business principles are first customer orientation, secondly creating new value, thirdly developing a better way, and finally, fourthly, having a discriminatory competitive advantage. You can find a detailed explanation of each principle below.

Business
Principles

Customer-oriented
We think what customers think

Every member of Hansol, from the CEO to on-site workers, always puts customers first in everything they do. They keep asking themselves: Do we see the problems from their perspectives? Do we provide them with new experiences by meeting their unmet needs?

New Value
New values will shape the future

We keep pushing the boundaries of our frontier by creating new values through undaunted, creative innovation. Our innovation takes place in every aspect of our business including target markets, the manner of service delivery, technology and business models.

Better Method
Better methods represent our way of operation

We do not settle for what we are now, but keep challenging ourselves to identify better ways of doing things and seek better results. By adopting better methods, we endeavor to improve our process and quality and ultimately garner excellence in operation.

Competitive advantage through differentiation makes us survive
Differentiated competitive advantages is our survival strategy

Competitive advantage through differentiation is a common goal that all member companies of Hansol must achieve and a fundamental proposition for business expansion in the future. We will elevate ourselves into becoming a business entity that can help shape the future through differentiated superiority based on our quality resources and unmatched capability.

Organizational
Principles

Immersion
Focus and sense of unity for better results

Achieving excellent results requires more than just doing. It requires full immersion. We at Hansol foster an environment where all our members can fully intertwine so that both individuals and the organization can keep challenging themselves.

Transparency
Sharing of procedures and results

Transparency in what we do is a value and a proposition that every member of Hansol should live up to. We foster a corporate culture that values transparency for our customers, shareholders, employees and community through ethical business operation, accountability and open communication. We also generate synergy between mutual respect and trust by providing a foundation for reasonable and fair organizational activities.

Speed
Agility based on simplicity and substantiality

Hansol’s speed is powered by ‘simplicity’ focusing on what is really important rather than what seems to be important and ‘timeliness’ of ascertaining customers’ needs promptly. We foster a Hansol culture that can provide better customer experiences by achieving results early through prompt decision-making and implementation.

Respect
Showing respect for each other

Respect is a fundamental concept that is the essential foundation of a successful organizational culture and is a value that all Hansol employees have to continuously develop. To establish a culture of respect, we must first learn to respect ourselves, and respect each other's personalities and diversity by valuing each other. In addition, we need to foster a virtuous cycle of partnerships in which the organization and individuals continue to grow by providing fair opportunities for members to develop and demonstrate their capabilities and potential to the fullest.
