Sustainability Policy

Hansol Technics establishes a sustainable supply chain by implementing environmental protection, respect for human rights, and ethical management throughout the entire supply chain, thereby strengthening trust with stakeholders.

The following sustainability policy principles apply to all of our suppliers, subcontractors, and related third parties.

  1. Environment
    • 1) Encouraging activities such as GHG emission reduction, energy conservation, and waste minimization
    • 2) Restricting the use of hazardous substances and promoting eco-friendly raw materials
    • 3) Recommending maintenance of environmental management systems in accordance with international standards (e.g., ISO 14001)
  2. Social
    • 1) Compliance with human rights and labor standards for workers (prohibition of forced labor and child labor, fair wages, safe working conditions, etc.)
    • 2) Ensuring diversity and inclusion, monitoring human rights risks within partner companies
    • 3) Encouraging contributions to local communities
  3. Governance
    • 1) Anti-corruption, prohibition of bribery, compliance with fair trade practices
    • 2) Monitoring supplier compliance with ethical management (e.g., requiring supplier code of conduct pledges)
    • 3) Establishing whistleblowing systems and protecting whistleblowers
  4. Supplier Selection and Management Criteria
    • 1) Supplier evaluation and selection considering ESG performance
    • 2) Conducting regular ESG risk assessments and due diligence for key partners
    • 3) Requiring corrective action or possible termination of business for ESG non-compliance
  5. Training and Performance Management
    • 1) Providing sustainability training for suppliers and conducting regular supply chain ESG training for internal employees
    • 2) Operating supply chain sustainability KPIs and establishing annual risk assessment reports and improvement action plans
  6. Policy Compliance and Reporting
    • 1) This policy is disclosed on the company website
    • 2) Any violations discovered shall be immediately reported to the Subcontracting Committee
